NEW FEATURE FOR NOSHOW

On October 2, 2019, the Noshow status is automatized.
The status of Noshow passenger coupons on a CI or AE flight will automatically be changed to “suspended”. This status may be reversed for use or subsequent refund once the passenger has paid applicable fees. These fees can only be collected via the website or a CI office. Travel agents can not, to date, collect these fees, this feature not being available in GDS
