Orchestra becomes the official sponsor of the Startup Village and the Startup Contest

Paris, 16 May 2024 – A fruitful partnership has been formed for the no.1 event for tourism professionals. At IFTM 2024, Orchestra, a technology platform dedicated to the tourism sector in SaaS mode, has become the official sponsor of the Startup Village and the Startup Contest, now known as the Orchestra Startup Village and the Orchestra Startup Contest.

Beyond its sponsorship, Orchestra will act as a mentor to the startups exhibiting and taking part in the contest, before, during and after the trade show.

A comprehensive support programme before and during the trade show

Until September 2024, Orchestra will lead the community of startups exhibiting at IFTM, helping them to prepare for the show through a programme of workshops and webinars.

At the trade show, an information and discussion meeting will be held each morning in the Orchestra Startup Village, and workshops will be organised with startups on various themes.

As a technology expert, Orchestra will also facilitate networking between exhibiting startups, journalists, industry decision-makers at the trade show and investors.

Registrations are open for innovative tourism startups

For the Orchestra Startup Contest 2024, IFTM and Orchestra are looking for new companies that work to improve and simplify the daily lives of users (B2B customers and end users), with a particular focus on environmental, digital and inclusion issues, in line with the trade show’s theme “New sustainable horizons, combining our responsibilities”.

Startups interested in taking part in the contest are asked to contact Juliette Siri at juliette.siri@rxglobal.com

The winning startup will receive support from Orchestra in the form of financing, equipment, mentoring, and introductions to investors and key contacts in the ecosystem, depending on its profile and needs.

Laurence Gaborieau, IFTM Director: “We are delighted with this partnership between the new Startup Village and Orchestra. Joining forces with a technology leader can only be beneficial in helping future talents to revolutionise our sector.
